Dinner Party Meal Plan "Sunday Steak Dinner"

I have always wanted to plan dinner parties but have never really had the chance.  Well, there is no time like the present to start.
I just bought The Griddler from Cuisinart and based on this purchase I decided to center my meal plan around steak.  I know you are asking "Kathiey do you know how to use this new product?"  The answer to your question is absolutely not.  Hence the adventure.

The menu sounds good to me so I will just go for it.
